Excellent service, really nice guys, expert and friendly to deal with. One reservation: I don't like how the price comes down every time after the initial quote. I wish they just gave their best price first off, especially for existing customers who are on maintenance contracts with them. It makes you feel like they're trying to pull a fast one every time. If it hadn't been for that, they'd have got a 9 out of 10. But that aside, I really like Torocco's and I'm glad I found them.
